WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, applePay and googlePay. If you decide to pay with a personal check please keep in mind that we will not be able to ship your order until the check is cleared - about 7 to 10 business days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
MOST ITEMS WILL SHIP OUT WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS FROM THE TIME YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER. HOWEVER ORDER VOLUME DOES VARY, SO PLEASE ALLOW FOR 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.  WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO CONTACT YOU SHORTLY AFTER YOUR ORDER IF THERE IS GOING TO BE A DELAY IN SHIPPING DUE TO TEMPORARY OUT OF STOCK ITEMS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT AN ORDER PLEASE EMAIL US AT ILLPASO915@GMAIL.COM AS WE RESPOND TO EMAIL BEFORE ANY OTHER FORMS OF COMMUNICATION. 
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK?

We will always make sure to indicate on the site if an item is available and in stock. In the unlikely case that you order a product that is not in stock we will notify you by email and you can decide whether to keep your order and wait for the item or cancel it. If there is an item not in stock and you're interested please let us know and we will do our best to get that item for you. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

In the rare instance your order should arrive damaged, you need to report the damage to us within 7 days of receipt of items. Please keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item since CARRIER needs to pick up the box for inspection. We can only send out a replacement after the claim has been filed with CARRIER.

Yes, as a design collective our services include advertising, graphic design, illustrations, photography and brand development. We would be happy to talk with you in detail or you can email us your project ideas at illpaso915@gmail.com.
